Alexey Vinogradov participated in a panel discussion, organised by Skolkovo, as part of the XXVII Russian Cancer Congress that took place on November 14-16, 2023, in the International Exhibition Centre Crocus Expo in Moscow.
The discussion touched on the possibility of developing innovative medicine without the state support as well as the question of what role the government plays in supporting the development of innovations.
Throughout the congress, there were various plenary sessions, lectures, workshops and satellite symposiums.
The programme also included performances of leading national and foreign oncologists who discussed the main achievements in diagnostics and in treatment of malignant tumors during the past year.
